2. Ingredients
Rice flour, vegetables flour.
2.1. What is rice flour?
Rice flour is made from rice grains following the process of soaking, grinding. This main ingredient in traditional cakes in Viet Nam as well as in Asia.
2.2. Vegetables flour
Transparent: as natural rice color.
Green: extracted from Kalette.
Pink: extracted from beetroot (red beet).
Purple: extracted from purple sweet potato.
Yellow: extracted from pumpkin.
3. How To Cook Vegetables Spaghetti
Step 1: Bring suitable water level, 1 to 1 and 1/2 tablespoons salt to a boil (Normally use a litre water for 100gr rice macaroni)
Step 2: Add rice spaghetti to the pot, stir to separate noodles and prevent sticking then keep heating in lower fire level to avoid the broken one.
Step 3: Cook it uncovered for 10-15 minutes, start checking for doneness 2 minutes before the suggested al dente time.
Step 4: Drain the rice macaroni, stir with olive cooking oil to vegetables oil to avoid sticking together.
Now you can cook and serve!

Secure the bag tightly after use. Keep in a dry and cold place. Avoid direct sunlight.
