1. Check out the goods when receiving

You are required to check and confirm to goods quatity and quality. If you agree to down payment, all arasing problems later on will not count on our responsibility.

We would recommend you to contact our indicated contactable person and let the representative know the details of your package.

Our customer service team would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.

If you do not want to get the goods, you shall pay the returns shipping fee at VND 30000 (for domestic delivery fee) to SK Foods. (SK Foods will pay this fee if that was not your order).

2. Exchange condition

The goods should be as the description, size and other information as delivery notice.

The products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product.

All products must be as the original packaging.

3. Return order

To return the order, you need to follow these below step:

  • Step 1: Contact to SK Foods to details of products condition.
  • Step 2: Return the products to SK Foods as instructed.
  • Step 3: Return products shall be within 3-5 days after receiving.
